Kait has been with SPECK since the beginning. She is a fierce lady chef, and the genius behind our famous cookies. She runs the salad station like a boss and is always happy and positive!

Braden is the babe of the family. But, what he lacks in age & experience he makes up for in drive and solid work ethic. You will see him at SPECK moving quickly around the kitchen like a little ninja keeping everything clean, organized and on track. Braden also preps a lot of the fresh pastas and constantly tries to absorb as much culinary knowledge as possible. We see big moves up coming for this guy!

It seems like everyone in town knows and loves Ana!! Ana has worked as a server in a few local restaurants over the years and anyone who knows her will tell you that she is the best! She works harder and faster than anyone we know and she is always happy and laughing! You cannot be in a bad mood around Ana.

Megan has been a part of our restaurant family for a while now. She started as a food runner/ hostess at 1808 and worked her way up through the ranks. We are excited to have her as part of the Speck team now too! Megan is fast, sweet and always eager to help! Customers just love her! She is a hard worker and a quick study behind the bar. Megan has roots in Delaware and currently studies horticulture at OSU. We know greatness lies ahead for this bright, charismatic and driven lady!

Bill has also been with the family for some time. You might have met him as a server at 1808 American Bistro or Light of the Seven Matchsticks. Maybe you have seen him shredding on stage with his band, The Wet Darlings. Maybe you will just get to know Bill for the first time here at SPECK. Either way, we know you will love him as much as we do. He brings a cool, calm behind the bar and keeps us all laughing.
